I asked to speak to anyone about my brake noise issue and I was told “A manager will be here in 10 minutes.” I waited for 20 minutes and asked if the manager is coming. The response was “Yes, he’ll be here. Let me call him again.” I waited another 15 minutes. Once again I asked if the manager is coming, same response. So, I left. Very unhappy with the customer service.

When I made my appointment over the phone I mentioned to the service advisor I saw a promotional ad for oil change that included a COMPLEMENTARY inspection. I was concern about my front brake pads because when traveling at a higher speed (on freeway) and then braking, I can feel the car vibrating bad. I mentioned for that issue to be addressed along with my oil change. Vince informed me the complimentary inspection was only valid on the 5K service specials which was $89.99 instead of the $59.99 I had anticipated on paying. I didn’t argue it. Just agreed to paying more and patiently waited. I was told the service should’ve taken 2hrs including my wash and vac. Oh yeah, airbag recall too. 11:24am I received a call from JJ mentioning he was helping Vince out on having my vehicle serviced. Long story short, I was given a laundry list of repair that needed to be done on my vehicle (exp. leaky battery, bad connector terminals, throttle body, brake line flush & etc), but not once were my front brakes mentioned. JJ said he had no idea that was an issue and the techs didn’t even inspect that area. I told him to check that out. None the less, the rotors were warped causing that vibration feel I was getting when driving the car. I declined all recommended repairs because I was frustrated that I waited an extended amount of time just to have someone upsell on repairs I did not inquire about and the work I did inquire about was overlooked!

She is very nice

I was abit disappointed. The rotors need replacing but they resurfaced instead. I have had 4 Camrys all need replacement. Why not save time and money now.They will need replacement soon. Told could pick up car but no rep was there to go over the details and say goodbye. Late I finally got a phone call.

Today was the first time my car was delivered at the time promised. I always wait for the car servicing to be complete. Please thank Jonathan for keeping his word to see that I was able to get to my appointment which followed my car service.

My tire valve cap is missing. The technician must have forgotten to put it back. This is very annoying since I can get one at the store but it may not be the same color/size as the other 3 caps are. Aarrghh...
