I drive less than 5,000 miles within 6 months. But on day of service when 6 months passed, technician did not change engine oil on my car. I believe the oil should be change at every 5,000 miles, or when 6 months is reached. I drove an hour to Longo Toyota for a maintenance service, waited for an hour and half, but all they did was just rotated the tires, no oil change. They did not even wash the car. I am very disappointed.
