I was not advised of the inspection of my vehicle. I’m ALWAYS advised if something needs to be changed or i receive a booklet of the current condition of the vehicle. I spoke to Jimmie in Spanish and he advised he doesn’t speak Spanish, I later encountered him speaking in spanish with another customer. I changed service department from Penske Toyota to Longo Toyota and I received worse service. I would like the service department manager to contact me directly at ****-****-xxxx. Thank you!
