I was not given an estimate of when my car would be finished getting serviced so I took the liberty of riding the shuttle off-campus. Due to the busyness of the day, we took 50 minutes to drop everyone off until it was my turn. At right about that time, I was notified that my car was finished, so I requested to be returned to the dealership which took another 50 minutes. Once I got back, I waited for about 20 minutes for my car to arrive at the checkout station - which I expected. However, my car was not washed even though it is a complementary service of ToyotaCare. The person who delivered my car said it was according to a new California law but, again, I was NOT notified of this when I entered the dealership. I was offered a car wash but at the expense of waiting, so I politely declined. Had I been asked from the beginning or been notified of the new water law, I think I would have felt less disoriented when leaving. It just didn't feel complete. All in all, I think there could have been better communication from the get go so that I wouldn't have been confused about the whole ordeal. I hope this was helpful and that better tactics would be implemented so as to not confuse future customers. Thank you.

I don’t understand why a throttle body cleaning would be ‘requiring immediate attention’ and recommended as additional servicing needs on my 2017 Prius Prime after only 20k miles. Given that I’m driving in EV mode the majority of the times, the gas engine probably has much less than 10k miles on it. I doubt the throttle body would need immediate cleaning only after such a low amount of miles.
The customer service from Kayla was great, and the actual servicing of the car was completed quicker than expected, so I’m satisfied there. It’s just the ‘recommendations’ and up sell the at the end left me somewhat skeptical about dealer servicing.

Longo Toyota service is the best... I had service Toyota Penske too.
But compare with, Longo service is awesome...
Aircone and other filter was not ready so I have to visit one more time but it’s not his fault...
