the delivery of my vehicule took longer thab expected but as lo g it took 2 weeks ago.with my other car. Time is valuable to your dealer an is thr same for customets respect and honor time.

No problem with Noli, but I am disappointed in Longo’s scheduling and communication - I checked my car in at 11:40 AM for a safety recall inspection that was supposed to be brief, but I did not get my car back until 5:30 PM, even though I had indicated I was a “waiter” and would be waiting onsite. I wasted a whole work day not knowing when I could go back to work. Worst recall/service experience I have ever had.

The service was great! Not only was Noli outstanding in his customer service but all other staff encountersbas we were ther for over 5 1/2 hrs were friendly and extreamly helpful. They all appeared to really enjoy helping customers and answering questions. Being there for over 5 hours I took notice to everything.
