Mandy is always super awesome. We always ask for her if we can. They did forget to wash the car so I did have to wait longer but not to bad. However the car was still very dirty. You should fix that machine. Also my car salesman said that he would have them put my door edge guards on for me and they said if they do there’s a charge. But I did get 4 cars bought from you all in just about a year sending my parents there too. I figure it’s the least they could do to throw them on quickly so I don’t mess the door up. Mandy is fabulous though this is not an issue with her because it wasn’t in the system. I’ve bough most all my cars there over the last 228 years. Ryan ****-****-xxxx

Great attitude and quick service/ one suggestion would be have the service writer ask the customer if they want the car wash. I’m rather picky and only hand wash my 4Runner so never want the machine wash - normally I have them make a note but forgot this time. ????
