The service was fine except the car washer was down so I did not leave with a clean car and no offer to bring it back to get it washed. I have two other brand cars and they never let us leave in a dirty car but it has happened to me on a few occasions with Longo Toyota. It’s unfortunate that that little detail of a car wash is overlooked. It’s such a small thing but it’s what makes service at Toyota just shy of 100-percent compared to other dealerships!

Yes, Bruce is really a good service representative. My car was towed and the AAA representative on the phone wanted to know if I would like to send my car to a different car repair place somewhere closer. However, I refused because my loyalty is with a Longo Toyota. I trust your service and you always do an empecable job. I had to pay more for towing the car but it was worth it. When I buy a new car. I am definitely buying a Toyota. Mr. Herrera is well knowledge about servicing vehicles. It is good to have an experienced service representative to assist.
