I am satisfied with the service Alexis provided but my brakes Still has a crying sound when in reverse going slowly. I have brought it in two times for that noise since having my brakes replaced. Changing only one battery (loosing two nut and take out old batt and replace new batt and re tightening two nut) cost about $130 for labor? And take about 2 hours? Imagine as a customers. (I don't clearly see that Longo Toyota is "not" committed, not achieving customers satisfaction. It's completed ripoff.
