Andrew was very knowledgeable with Toyota vehicles and he provided very good information about the possibility of what may the issue be with my car. He advised me to reset the transmission memory so he went right ahead to perform that action via his Toyota laptop computer. It was his first time resetting a transmission memory and he appeared to know what exactly he was doing even though it seems like a complex assignment in my eyes. I want to thank Andrew once again for his help and insights. Had an amazing experience.

I'll keep it short, I wasn't happy with the car wash that I got after my service like I told Crystal over the phone. When I was a kid, you guys had people washing the car and when I see my dad's car it was clean after service. I found out you guys replace it with automation now and when I got my car back it wasn't wiped down completely and the backside of the vehicle still have water running down so I had to take my car to a local car wash to get it done right. Not happy at all. #SAD
