Martin Torres was a very nice guy. My problem is with the Toyoya company itself. Toyota used to make cars that were reliable. This is why I buy Toyotas. I just paid hundreds to replace the rear wheel bearings and now (a couple months later) I have to pay hundreds to replace the front bearings. My car only has 69k on it. What is going on? I plan to look at other brands for my next truck purchase.

There is no reason to make guests wait twenty five minutes in line to speak to andisor when they have appointments. It is ridiculous and waist of time.longo toyota needs to come with a better solution. It is not the service advisor fault.

I went in for a warranty for my tundra... warranty was for under the truck to see if it has rust and he said it not for truck that are in California so why did they send me the warranty if the know I leave in California...????

Nothing negative to say about Miss Mejia per say, but below are some observations: 1. I was 15 min early for my appointment; I waited 15 min in line to be helped. There has to be an easier way to manage this. To add, I drove my vehicle past the service carport before being attended. Would have been nice to be attended underneath the carport bay area. 2. The only time I met with Miss Mejia was to initially check in my car. That was the only face to face I received. I wasn't debriefed about my vehicle. I received a text when the vehicle was ready and went to the checkout area. 3. Upon checking out, again, no explanation of anything done to my car aside from what I initially came in for (my 5K mi. first free service). This was a quick speedy process up until I went to the gentleman at the podium to have my car driven up so I can be on my way. This waiting process was 25 to 30 minutes. Is this acceptable? I'll leave that up to the upper echelon of management. That is all. Thank you for your time and I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

Greatly appreciate the use of a loaner for the day while car was being serviced. Danny Guerrero is a great technician. Explained clearly what needed to be done and gave me updates throughout the day.
