Staff is always amazing, but they were understaffed this last Sunday. The cashier was alone with a line of 7 people at midday. Her only counterpart was at lunch. There also seemed to only be one porter grabbing cars so between cashier and car retrieve your clients waiting about 40 extra minutes. When the cars starting to be retrieved un-washed people lost it. Your staff was very nice and did what they could but they were not set up for success.
