On my report it has the tire thread depth. Well it showed 7/32 on all 4 tires with 30,000 miles. The problem is I just received a new tire from you. If he is not checking all my tires what else is not getting done. Maybe no oil filter???? Makes me think

Not satisfied that my tire warranty expired a couple weeks ago and wasn’t offered any discount towards a new tire. Also being told AAA discount doesn’t apply. I can’t believe my tire only had a 2 year warranty. When I called other tire companies, I was told 65,000 miles/3 yrs warranty and the price was lower than Longo for the same tire! In the 2 years I’ve had the tires, I probably put no more than 20,000 miles on it. I’ve purchased several cars from Longo and I am very disappointed with the service I’ve gotten. I will warn my family and friends about the service at Longo Toyota.

Andrew was awesome, however, my pickup experience was less than satisfactory. I initially came in for my 35k maintenance and discovered one of the parts on my car was under recall. Consequently, I agreed to change out the recall part but by the time my car was finished, the shuttle service ended. Upon telling the shuttle service my situation, I needed to hang up and call Andrew for Andrew’s managers approval. I don’t think I should have been given the runaround given the situation.
