Albert was great. What I'm not satisfied with is that the Starbucks in your customer lounge is using plastic unnecessarily, they seem to handle a plastic stirring stick to all customers without asking. In this day and age with so much disposable plastic polluting our oceans and entire planet, I think Longo Toyota should set an example for other large corporations and hire a consultant that will guide them on all the ways they can become environmentally friendly. There's no reason to use plastic stirring sticks especially when the customer doesn't even ask for it. There are much more ecologically sound options. Please take this seriously.
