My window wasn’t fixed because Longo didn’t have the part. I’ve had the van for 3 months and the window seal comes off every time I open the drivers window.I was told they would call me when part arrived. Ten days later, nothing! I’m so glad I this automated text. This repair was not convenient because I live and work 35 min away from Longo. I even rented a car so that I wouldn’t have to miss work. I live a few minutes from Bob Smith Toyota. I should have gone there.
