The 5k maintenance appointment was really not necessary. A car with 5k doesn't need the brakes, tires and fluids checked. It's a new car ??? Waist of time since the oil was not changed.

Vince is very attentive and handled all my questions and concerns in a courteous manner. I'm not very familiar about my cars engine but he explained to me on important follow ups that required attention, even though this was not my reason for my appointment I truly appreciate the time he took to explained so that way I can be more aware of what to expect in terms of budgeting and getting things done and to prevent any huge problems down the road.
