I do understand that he lost my service order and I had to wait an extra one and a half hour.
My 4Runner could of been washed at least as a complimentary gesture. Also , what took so long after he told me that my 4Runner service was complete and only a test drive would be done . The cashier took forever to call my name over the PA system. I have been a loyal customer ever since 2005.
