Johan was very personable and a pleasure. I will say that whoever was at the initial check in point told me that you no longer accept walk-ins which apparently was not the case. That definitely put me in a bad mood when I pulled up to speak to a manager. But johan told me that was not true and was still in a good mood despite my initial demeanor
