I went to Longo at 1:57 pm.,12/26/18 to have my Corolla an ECU check recall due to improper programming regarding CVT, this supposed to be an one hour inspection but eventually took me 4 hours till18:15pm. waiting there.
Longo had my car idle in garage for 3 hours. I am very angry with wasting 3 hours over there. 2 hours waiting can be tolerant not for 4 hours.
While decreasing workmen in holiday season, you need to compromise appointment time slot from 15min. to 30 min. /45 min. or 1 hr.
Treating your customers like this eventually will lost your business.

My representative was quick and informative but the process of getting a representative or any attention when driving into the line for Toyota Care is terrible. I was disappointed waiting for any service as the 1st person in line. Several representatives were present and not helping me. Finally someone asked if I was helped and I said No. Finally I was able to get a representative.

Truly exceptional. No appointment no problem. No transportation no problem. Eric and the shuttle took care of me. That’s why I come back to see the one they call Chungy. He does walk a bit weird like he has gout or something. But that doesn’t affect his top notch service.
