Hello,
I have a problem about my Sienna.
I requested you checking wheel alignment during my first toyoda care last may.
You answered it will taking a lot of time. You could get this service next time. So I just got regular service at that time.
And I requested checking wheel alignment during my second toyoda care, you said I have to pay for it. Her answer is only that I have to pay for it if I want it, even though I explained her my story.
Could you advise me about this issue?

Even though I had an appointment I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. I was frustrated by the time I left. Shouldn’t have to wait that long for an oil change. With an appointment.

He was attentive and kept me updated every step of the way. I only went in for a complimentary multi point inspection and thought it would be tested with the least amapunt of importance, but Vince proved me wrong and treated me like anyone paying top dollar. It definitely encouraged me to follow the recommendations the technician Kristen gave and I will request Vince and Kristen again.
