I came in to the dealership this morning and the front service person did not have my paperwork. Between the waiting and calling the service desk, it is my understanding that they found the system had marked the service completed but the paperwork had not been sent to the service desk person. Hence, the calling around. In the meantime, I had to wait about an extra 15 minutes and I had to ask the person who dropped me off to wait too. I was able to get a donut and everyone was really nice. I will be back but that is why I can’t say I was completely satisfied.
