The fact that the problem with the painted grill on the front is blotchy and thin in places and Is noticeable by Longo Salespeople and Service Techs is very disappointing. My brand new 2018, $42,000 Tacoma iwas brought in to have the painted grill trim replaced and an arbitrator states that it is “consistant with other new Toyota vehicles” is not right or true. I have had my truck 3 months now, and have not seen another grill trim piece painted “blotchy and thinly coated” like mine. Also, i was told Logo Enterprise would cover the entire cost of the rental, yet I have received a bill for $24 a couple weeks ago. So, dissatisfied the paired grill trim on my truck wasn’t replaced and also disappointed I am be charged $24 for the rental while my truck was being “appraised not fixed.”
