Horrible!! They wanted to chg me $145.00 to install the almost $80.00 battery bracket that was on back order. It took them an hr &15min to return my car & part. AAA installed it for free when they put in my new battery. I don’t know that I will be coming back. Thank you!

Went to go pick uo my car. Didn’t get to see Alexander. Went in for the 10,000 mileage oil change and the ics recall. Got mt car back and now my tire pressure psi aren’t showing on my dashboard. Called jn at 3:00pm left a message for him to call me back. That whole afternoon, bo called and the following day jan 9th no call from him too. Luckly i made an online appointment for next week. Alexander even got mt license plate number wrong. It seem like Tuesday morning he was busy or in a rush or something. Worst experience i have ever had here. Also, when i came in for maintenance he said my car mileage is only 2,872. I told him i got the car last feb in 2018 and now it’s jan 2019 and I haven’t even came in for service onces. Just because my car milage is not the average 5k/10k/15k/20k/25k means i cant take it for it or what, but i just ignore that part.
