Biagio did a great job but the Longo service dept. did not. I was told that the service would take between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. It took 4 hours. I asked that a fog light on the car that was out be replaced. When the car was finally returned to me, the fog light was still out. I was told it might take another hour to replace it - I just left - I wasn't going to wait another hour to get a bulb changed.
