The service could have been better if they wash my vehicle which I’ve requested. This is the 3rd time that they did not comply with my request. I always request my car to be washed everytime I bring my car at Longo Toyota for service maintenance and believe car wash should be included.
FYI - I purchased an extended Toyota Care plan.
