I have been a loyal customer since 2008. The only dealership that has serviced my highlander sport and my Tacoma is LONGO. It is excellent service that both Mr. Matthes and JESSE the mechanic offer that keeps my vehicles running like new. I pass many a Toyota dealerships. However, because of the excellent job that JESSE and Ryan do it’s well worth the commute. I thank you gentlemen for doing a great job. I hope that your supervision Acknowledges you both for doing a great job. The both of you are a great asset to LONGO.

Alexis was great, he kept me informed about services that were recommended. I also appreciated that he communicated with me in a timely manor. The only thing that disappointed me was when I picked up my car no mat was on the driver carpet & my carpet was dirty. I take very good care of my carpet sweeping it out every day. This was very upsetting. But not the fault of Alexis.
