I was a little surprised at how long it took for what was done. I had an appointment at 1:00 and arrived at 11:30. All that was done was to rotate the tires, top fluids, and a general inspection. Yet my car was not finished till 4:20. I had been told to expect it between 3:30 and 4:00. I would also have appreciated having the car vacuumed.
