Jeffery never called me about my truck, I had to call him to find out what was happening. All the other representatives that I have had in the pass services always called me with updates on my truck, this was the worst service I had had, but thanks to Mandi she help me after Jeffrey was not around. The service was great, but for the first time I could really tell people messed with my car when I got it back. My seat was lowered all the way down and back. My floor mat had white footprints all over it. My lights where turned off. My entertainment center was off of the USB music and on the radio. My dash info was on a different screen. Made me feel like maybe someone went on a joy ride, or used it to do something. I trust you, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. First time in the 3 years I have been coming to Longo this has ever happened.
