5 to 10 mins before service is done push forward paperwork saves the customer time , no customer want to extra mins after service is done and wait another time for paperwork, longo should consider the fleet discount for rideshare driver such as Uber or lyft , Toyota should consider recommend to change transmission oil change every 60000 miles ( now 100000) to protect the transmission.
100000 miles when you drive the vehicle at normal speed ( 40 miles an hour),
For the ride driver myself , wear and tear is more severe than normal people,
I do not see any Toyota dealer doing this but try to sell the fuel injector cleaning and other service not really mainly item for the vehicle .
Who is gonna Pay for if my transmission brakes down ?
