Mandi was excellent. She explained thoroughly the steps that will be taken to diagnose my pesky TPS light that turned off as I pulled up to my appt and outlined the expected costs. Since I waited for my car in the lounge, she gave me updates in person as they were available and made sure I was ok and followed up at the end when she returned from her break. As a former long time Toyota HQ team member, I was excited to see a female service advisor on the floor. Mandi totally exceeded my service expectations. Thank you kindly!
