Was estimated to have my service done by 2:00. Which was a total of 4 hours. Was contacted by my service associate at 2:15 saying the car was ready for pick up. I got dropped off and had to wait until 3:40 to have the paper work brought to the front desk. Then I was finally given my key to get the car and I went to get in the car. Turns out it was the wrong car and they parked mine around the corner. I had to walk in the rain to find my car and was not directed by anyone. Also heard employees cussing and acting annoyed at their job.
