I went to Longoria at 9:45am. My car battery is not good and it needs replaced. I waited for two hours for inspection and your staff told me that my car needs to replaced the battery. I agree to do it and after that. they told me that they didn’t have the right battery for my car. They have to pick up the goods from another store. They told me I had to wait until 2pm to replace the battery for me but I have to go to work at 2 pm. Then I leave and come next day. I spent about 3 hours can’t fixed my car in the first time and I spent 2.5 hours for another day. Only change the battery why took so long? Edwin
