Andrew was very nice, courteous and apologetic. I have dealt with him before and I ask for him. The window seal that was to be changed out looks as if I was never changed. It still is not sealed against the window as it is on the passenger side. It was partially my fault for not looking at it when we picked the car up but it was already dark out and my wife and I rushed off to get some dinner. That is when I called Andrew back. I sent him pictures and like I said he was very gracious and apologetic. He said he would look into what happened and that it would be taken care of on my next visit. I live up in the high desert so it will have to be on my next oil change. Thanks, Taksas.
