He was wonderful.

The associate that assisted me at the checkout and car pick up area was not professional. His name was Boramey Chea . He did not explain the paperwork to me well and simply asked me to sign and swipe my card . As a paying customer I would appreciate if Mr.Chea could have taken the time to explain the inspection paperwork to me and not simply ask me to sign the first two pages and pay. I can hear the associate at the next desk being very professional explaining the paperwork in detail to the customers. Then as he returned the paperwork to me he simply stated your car will be ready soon not directing me to the next designated area for vechicle pick up. I then sat in the waiting area right in front of Mr.Chea looking at the screen with names of customers with vechicles that we’re ready for 25 minuets. He clearly witnessed me getting up and constantly checking the screen (right next to his desk)for my name until I finally went up to the front desk and asked him why the wait was so long for my vechicle . He did not respond and in fact the associate next to him who was very professional responded for him saying that the procedure was to provide my paperwork to the associate outside the building. This was my first time paying out of pocket for my car service here at longo and was very disappointed with the customer service . I was very discouraged from returning to service my car at Longo in the future.

I am pleased with the work put into my car! I was not pleased with not washing my car when I specifically said to wash my car after the service. Even after 1 and 1 half weeks being at Longo. I was dossappointed to here no rental car for the diagnosis of the vehicle so I had to Uber to work.

Noli evangelista was super kind and explained to me what my car needs. Very quick and attentive. Great customer service. He was a very kind man. Very understanding. I will contact him for future services. A huge thank you to noli

The true is I like how Ryan handling my upset about the details of the car I pay $160 the detail job that has miss a lots of areas and the supervisor of the detail come and BS to me about the drive and passenger seat that because I have a seat cover so they don’t steam clean I show him still have dog hair on the seat that is a horrible detail job, Once again Ryan is there and he has done a great job thanks ????
