It was a pleasure working with Mr. Alexis Orso. My Prius was towed-in unaccompanied and I promptly received a call notifying me of the status. In communicating with him, he was very courteous and professional. One thing that I would like to mention is that on the invoice it was stated that the inverter needed to be replaced and it was worded as "replace". It was a little confusing and it would help to have the proper wording so ithat it is understood by
