Excellent customer service. Both Martin and the sales rep, Brandon that assisted me were incredibly helpful and answered every single question that I had. Driving all the way to El Monte speaks volumes about how I feel about the customer service, here. I’ve attempted to schedule an appointment at my local North Hollywood, Toyota dealership in the past 3years and I’ve had incredibly horrible experiences over the phone before I even made it in to the dealership. This most recent event put the “icing on the cake”. I wanted no dealings with this location and had no interest in even considering purchasing a new car from this dealership. I was confident that I would have a pleasant experience as I did when I purchased my vehicle at Longo so driving all the way there was worth it.
