I was made to wait the whole day only to be told that I have to leave my car because its not done yet. I waited from 0930 till seven in the evening only to be told that I have to leave my car. It was my day off and i felt that I just wasted it.They should have told me that it will take more than a day to fix my car.

Mal servicio de bruce Herrera no me gusto para nada y mas aun que Hera mi primera experiencia en Longo no me que de satisfecho le hise muchas preguntas y fue muy cortante y no me respondió llegue con cita y me dejo de último mi carro es nuevo tengo dos semanas de haberlo comprado allí en Longo me salió de fectuoso el Aciento del pasajero era algo tan sensillo de reparar y no me supo explicar nada y todavía que llego y me dice que mi carro estaba escrachado cuando mi carro sucio es que estaba mal mal servicio eso me hiso enojar ????????????????????????????????????????????

When I went to pick up the car the service cashier couldn’t find my paperwork. She called numerous people to open back up the order which ended up taking a good 10-15mins. When we got the car we noticed that nothing was done on the car except adjusting all tire pressure to optimal level. I requested for the screw covers on the tires to be put back on because when we came to Longo to replace the tires last time they missed 2 screws. So I had to wait another 10-15 mins for him to drive the car back in to fix my problem.
