The concergie personnel didn’t explain that the shuttle service is off at 4pm , i have to ask the shuttle driver what time to pick me up coz my car is ready at 6 , good thing she gave me the card schedule if not , I guess nobody will pick me up to get my car, so i called to be picked at 3:30 pm

More communication on service completion time. Representatives should not guarantee service completion on day of drop off (for those with confirmed appointments). In this case, I was guaranteed completion by end of day but Longo Toyota failed to deliver that customer satisfaction, despite of its promise to complete. There seemed to be lack of communication between departments in the facility, causing this inconvenience. I am more than willing to speak about this experience to further the improvement of your service to your loyal customers.
