I asked to do a basic oil change and this guy charges me $160.00 for 40,000 mile service I even asked him for coupon for my service!!!!! Can you please listen to your customers when I dont need 40,000 mile service?? It's probably the last time I'm comming back for service

I’m surprised the vehicle needs so much suggested work on the steering system, My family has owned several Toyotas for years and never experienced that problem although none have been Siennas and all have been high milers. The boot replacement is of particular interest to me, and hope that problem on new Siennas has been addressed. Overall the Sienna has been one of my favorite Toyotas I have owned. I have always made every effort to have my Toyotas serviced at Longo TOYOTA. The boot problem was supposed to be looked into by a person at Longo named Sanchez? Glad I was able to get my 4runner serviced with no appointment. Like how your service department is opened late. Would have liked my car wash dried better. Had a bunch of water drops all over the hood. Ethan said I could come back and see him for another wash. It was already late and didn't have time to have them take the car back again. Everything else was great
