The experience was just inconvenient, I had to take my car back to the dealer for a recall that was not done by mistake initially. Martin didn’t return my voicemail. He left me a message saying I would be compensated with a rental or detail service and I was not. Just the empty promise was irritating along with having to take my car back in. Martin was very nice and I understand mistakes happen of course, it was just annoying.
