Ryan was very courteous. My only complaint is the wait time. I was there three hours for a simple tire rotation and fluids check at 45,000 miles. It doesn’t seem to matter if I have an appointment or not.

Andrew was one of the four person team that made my waiting time more pleasurable. Keeping me informed of what my vehicle could use to help extend not lonely it’s life but mine also. Again Longo has come through for me. The not so funny side, but I did try to joke about, was while treading water the mechanics and everyone could still perform. It was raining cats and dogs and every body was doing something.
