Andrew was brilliant. Given the choice, he will always be my Service Adviser. The only issue I had was with the full detail. Overall, it was an excellent job, as usual. But to my surprise, when I closed the louvers of each of the ventilation vents on the dashboard, they were filthy. Not a major problem, but a surprising flaw in an otherwise superb job. I think so highly of the details I’ve receieved over the years at Longo Toyota that you are the only place I refer friends to. I’d also say that the Enterprise staff performed at a level equal to what I’ve come to expect from Longo Toyota in general. I live a few miles from another Toyota dealer, but I always drive the 20+ miles to Longo because of your service standards.
