I appreciate when the service reps call to let me know that the service on my car has been completed. They give me an overview of what was done and of any recommendations for future service. Did Longo cut this step out of the process? I wish they'd consider bringing it back. I didn't receive any communication from Jimmie after I dropped off my car in the morning. My only other communication was when my name was read over the speaker. I checked-no missed calls on my phone.

I understand it was the end of the evening but I feel as if my service was rushed. My car was washed but the back wasn’t wiped down and my side mirror wasn’t placed back properly. I also didn’t have my “maintenance required” screen reset. In addition, I was quoted 6pm and didn’t hear back until 6:45 on an update. I don’t mind if things run late but I’ve always gotten an update from my representative and this was the first time ever, where I didn’t hear a thing.
