I requested in advance and confirmed shuttle service to the local transit center prior to making an appointment. Upon checking in for the shuttle, I was asked to wait 5 or 10 minutes to get a ride to the local transit center 2 miles away. I waited 15 minutes before checking back and was told it would be any minute. Another fifteen minutes passed before I checked in again. Only then did the representative let me know that they were waiting on another customer to check in. I should have gone with my instinct and taken a lyft the two miles versus believe that my time meant anything to your staff. Why offer this service to people if you’re going to be dishonest? Because of your representative’s inability to be forethcoming, I missed an important meeting. Don’t waste people’s time and don’t be dishonest. To add insult, I was told the supervisor was going to contact me regarding this. That has yet to happen, and I doubt it will.

Poor job in the car wash, they forgot to wash it brought it out and had to ask about wash , they took it back and returned the car all wet .
