He was excellent. Very knowledgeful about the car and he provided me all I want to know about the car and what I need and when. The result I decided to change to a new set of tires today, and he made sure I feel satisfied. Very smart and humble person. I was glad to meet him and did the business.

She gave the incorrect price for the repair twice.

Eric Chung was great but I was there from 9:00am until 4:00PM on Saturday 1/26 for a “Pre-Collision malfunction” warning light and had to go back at 7:00am on Monday 1/28 to confirm the malfunction

Took 8 hours to be told my truck could not be fixed until 5 days later by a 3rd party. I bought from Longo Toyota for reliability of the vehicles and the best service in the nation. Unfortunately, my vehicle has not been reliable and I’ve wasted work hours on multiple days for a vehicle with only 8,000 miles on it.

I got the feeling the person was upset with me for brining my newly purchased Used Prius in for service. It seemed like he was happy to tell me what Longo was NOT going to do for me. Ok, synthetic oil gets changed every 10 thousand miles. It is not on any of the information I was given when I bought the car. It's been awhile since I've had a new car. I'm used to getting oil change every 5k miles.He could have told me I was a little early for an oil change. I mentioned that I had brought the car in earlier because their was a grinding noise when I stopped the car (please check your service records) The staff that helped me earlier were professional and service oriented. But this time, he told me "we're not going to listen to 'your'' brakes". Maybe it's cultural, but I don't appreciate being spoken to in that manner. I understand these oil changes and tire rotations are an included service for the first year of my Certifield Used car but I am certainly glad I did not get any extended "service". It is too bad Tom retired. He was always polite, always willing to go the extra mile, no matter what you looked like it where you were from. I'm not even sure they rotated my tires. The service forms have much to be desired. The tire tread and brake pad measurements are nice too have but what are the they supposed to be. I can tell why the service person was at the very back, not up front.

Alex was nice and professional. However, he offered me items that were recommended for my car. I gave him my time constraints. He advised me that the work would be done with time to spare. As it turned out, the techs barely finished the basic serve by the time I had to leave. Alex did not keep me posted about the status of the work. I was late to my doctor's appointment because of this.

I took my car in for a engine rattling sound for the third time, left sunvisor is loose, left front edge guard keeps on coming out. They only fix the edge guard. My left sunvisor is worse loose and the rattling still happening.. I was there for five hours..
