he insisted that I had dents and scratches on my highlander and got upset at me when I wouldn’t initial off for something that was not there. I had to show him that it was dirt and had to rub off the dirt from my car before he would change the documentation. It makes me question the training level of your staff if your service managers cannot tell the difference between dirt and dent and scratches. Horrible service. I made my appointment with Kayla Santos but he insisted that because my service was covered on Toyota care I could not chose my service manager and that I had to do my service with him. Never again. I rather go back to Toyota of Glendora to get my service done.
