Jimmy's been my service advisor for years and I've always been pleased with his attention to detail but today I was receiving a variety of texts from I believe the technician directly. in the past Jimmy would come and talk to me but I guess this is part of the upgraded service but everything was addressed in the texts. However sometimes live is faster because you have to wait for the response and then you have another question... just something to consider
