Something happened to the vehicle's charging system after I picked it up. While driving home the car battery discharged and the engine shut down. I was towed to my house and the mechanic said the alternator was not charging the battery, which caused the car to stop working. He said water from the engine cleaning may have damaged it. The interior was cleaned well, but I wish I had been precautioned about the engine cleaning.

Alec never call me about the status of my repair, he told me my car was supposed to be ready between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. I received a text saying my car was right on track, so I went there by 4 pm and my car was not ready until 6:30 pm. I waisted 2 hours of my time because of lack of communication from Alec. I am very disappointed.
