It took a while- which I anticipated, however, I was told that it would take 2-3 hours for an oil change due to a meeting. Why no close off the times during the meeting instead? I was also disssatified when II got my car back because the seats were dirty. There were black marks on the passenger seat and below the headrest of the driver seat. I’m a bit upset since I just had the seats cleaned less than a week ago and the fabric is difficult to get stains out of. I’m not one to be confrontational about things like this but just hope that the engineers are just a bit more careful in the future.
