Alex was very professional and updated me throughout the day on the status of my car. He explained the problem of my car to both my husband and I and followed up with a video so we could understand better. He went over his time to leave home to make sure we understood what was going on and our options.

I had an appointment at 7 am and I got there at 6:50 am for regular 10,000 miles service. I waited there until 10:30 am and they told me the maintenance was done but I need to replace brake pad. They told me it will be ready between 12:30 - 1 pm. I totally waited for 5 hrs. They should told me that I needed the brake service once they found out which was part of the 10,000 miles service which will save time- poor time management.
