I got to El Monte Longo Toyota just after 0200p. Alex was straightforward & got me in for a 70,000 mile oil change & service. Waited around for a couple hours, waited on site, checked back in about 0400p. Vehicle wasn’t ready, no big deal, I’m a patient feller. Another hour goes by, still didn’t hear my name called or see it on the screen inside the service lobby, think nothing of it. Fast forward to 0600p, My dumbass is still sitting about in y’all s service lobby & one of the service cashiers asks if I’ve been helped & I reply, “Yeah, a couple hours ago.” They ask my name, they try to find my vehicle, they try to contact the supervisor Alex, can’t be found, his boss got involved I suppose. I didn’t know what was happening. The service cashiers tell me the tech is still working on it & it’ll be another 20 minutes. By the time I got my vehicle back, it was roughly 0730p. I asked the service cashiers if they had been told what had taken the service so long, they told me they were not informed & asked if I would like to talk to someone about that. I bluntly stated, “that I did not want to be a headache & was just curious.” I just wanted my vehicle back & wanted to get home. So, 5 hours for an oil change service. I don’t want to hear excuses for “this, this & that” type deal. The service cashiers were more than hospitable, however. So thank them again for me. Lastly, 5 hours for an oil change & service. I hope this gets printed, passed around the cubicles, & simply chuckled upon. - James N

Service from Vince was great. The overall experience would be better if Longo could extend after 5PM shuttle service for car services that take the whole day and increase shuttle service coverage on Saturday.

Ethan is friendly and provides excellent customer service, he keeps me in the loop and updates me about the status of my car, there was a delay in my car service but I was informed on what’s going on with my service.
